Terms of Delivery<\/h1>

Carrier<\/h2>

  1. All orders placed on jnrpuff.com<\/strong> are shipped via DHL, DPD or UPS.<\/p><\/li>

  2. It is not possible to choose another carrier.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    International delivery<\/h2>

    Once the order has been successfully processed, it will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Whichever shipment method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible, allowing you to track the delivery of your parcel online.<\/p>

    Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the parcel and the destination. Please consult the following information about the different delivery zones:<\/p>

    Zone 1<\/h3>

    Includes Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Belgium.<\/p>

    Zone 2<\/h3>

    Includes Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom.<\/p>

    Zone 3<\/h3>

    Includes Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.<\/p>

    Zone 4<\/h3>

    Includes Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, the Canary Islands, Iceland, Kosovo, Malta, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.<\/p>

    Zone 5<\/h3>

    Includes Australia, Canada, the United States and Japan.<\/p>

    Is your country not in the list of delivery zones?<\/h2>

    If your country is not included in the above-mentioned zones, you can always use a forwarding service. External service providers can take charge of your parcel and guarantee its delivery, regardless of its destination. These service providers offer the following services:<\/p>

    • Receive and store your parcel.<\/p><\/li>

    • Check the information on the package.<\/p><\/li>

    • Merge packages if necessary.<\/p><\/li>

    • Managing customs formalities.<\/p><\/li>

    • Select the right carrier to ensure successful delivery.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Thanks to these services, your order will first be dispatched in France, then forwarded to your address anywhere in the world.<\/p>

        Delivery area and delivery times<\/h2>

        1. Delivery zone: worldwide.<\/p><\/li>

        2. Delivery times may vary according to country\/destination:<\/p>

          • Within Europe<\/strong> Approximately 10-15 working days.<\/p><\/li>

          • Outside Europe<\/strong> depending on the destination country and customs procedures, up to 30 working days.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • All delivery times given are indicative and based on DHL's standard transport times. Due to customs, public holidays, logistical problems or other unforeseen external factors, delays may occur and we cannot be held responsible for them. jnrpuff.com<\/strong> will not be responsible.<\/p><\/li>

          • In the event of delay, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order, request a refund or compensation.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

            Delivery costs<\/h2>

            1. Delivery costs will be calculated according to the country of destination.<\/p><\/li>

            2. All delivery charges will be clearly displayed before customers finalise their purchase.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

              Transfer to Carrier & Release of Liability<\/h2>

              1. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier (DHL, DPD or UPS), all risks relating to the loss, delay or deterioration of the package are transferred to the customer.<\/p><\/li>

              2. jnrpuff.com<\/strong> accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.<\/p><\/li>

              3. Any dismissal will be at the discretion of jnrpuff.com<\/strong> and is not liable for any future claims.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                Parcel tracking<\/h2>

                1. All orders will be accompanied by a tracking number. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive the tracking information by e-mail.<\/p><\/li>

                2. It is the customer's responsibility to track the parcel via the carrier's tracking system and to contact the carrier directly in the event of a problem.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                  Incorrect or incomplete delivery address<\/h2>

                  1. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.<\/p><\/li>

                  2. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the reshipment.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                    Customs and Import Regulations<\/h2>

                    1. For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are payable by the customer.<\/p><\/li>

                    2. It is the customer's responsibility to find out about import regulations in their country\/region.<\/p><\/li>

                    3. jnrpuff.com<\/strong> cannot be held responsible for packages detained or seized by customs.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                      Refusal of delivery and returns<\/h2>

                      1. If the customer refuses the parcel or is unable to collect it, it may be returned to jnrpuff.com<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

                      2. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund or a new shipment, unless jnrpuff.com<\/strong> makes a decision in good faith.<\/p><\/li>

                      3. In the event of a new shipment, the customer will be responsible for all additional transport costs.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                        Force Majeure and Unforeseeable Situations<\/h2>

                        1. jnrpuff.com<\/strong> cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems due to events of force majeure, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes or unforeseen logistical problems.<\/p><\/li>

                        2. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund or a new shipment.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                          Acceptance of the Terms of Delivery<\/h2>
