Return and Exchange Policy - JNRPUFF

Thank you for choosing JNRPUFF! Before emailing us to request a return, refund or exchange, please read our returns policy carefully. Knowing these guidelines will make your experience with us as easy and smooth as possible.

Return and exchange period

• Shipping time Our orders are dispatched within 3 days.

• Period of validity of the return Our returns policy is valid for 3 days after delivery.

• We recommend that you check your products as soon as you receive them to ensure that they meet your expectations and work properly.

Feedback and discussion

• If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• After this time, we will no longer be able to process returns or exchanges.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

• Checking the delivery address Before placing an order, please check that the delivery address provided is correct.

• If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail at the following address [email protected].

• Important reminder Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Undelivered items

• Delivery errors If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the customer refuses the parcel, a charge of 30 % of the total amount of the order will be applied to any refund request.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Free samples or promotional gifts

• Custom orders (please contact your sales representative for more details)

• Bulk orders

• Items opened or used

For health and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

• E-liquids

• Drip tips

• Cartridges

• Resistors (coils)

• Open tanks/RDA/RDTA

• Atomizer cores

• Batteries

• Wires

• Cotton

• Atomizers

• Atomiser heads

• Chargers

Note We do not accept returns of products that are damaged, have water marks or have been modified. Furthermore, we are not responsible for colour changes or packaging problems with e-liquids.

Return Process

1. Provide the necessary information
   To ensure a smooth returns process, please provide the following information when requesting a return:

• Your full name

• Order number and date

• Item details: make, model and, if applicable, colour

• Type of return: e.g. defective product or incorrect item

• Photos or videos of the faulty product, including barcode, serial number and QR code

• Preferred return resolution: e.g. refund, shop credit or exchange
  Note If you do not provide all the information, the processing of your return will be delayed or prevented.

2. Shipping and Return Inspection
   When submitting your returns request, please pack the item carefully and return it.
   Once we have received the item, we will process the return within 1 to 3 working days after inspecting it.

3. Requirements for returning a defective item
   For a faulty item to be eligible for exchange or shop credit, it must meet the following conditions:

• No visible physical damage, no deep scratches

• Minor scratches or discolouration are not eligible for return.

• The defective item must be returned with all accessories included in the original packaging (manuals, etc.).

Note Make sure the item is well packaged. We are not responsible for damage during the return shipment if the item is improperly packaged.

Refunds or exchanges

Once the return has been inspected and processed, we will deal with your request for a refund or exchange.

• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method (e.g. credit card). Refunds generally take between 7 and 10 working days to process, depending on your bank's processing time.

• If you require an exchange, please contact us directly.

Important reminder Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Promotional and clearance items

• Promotional items Full price items only. All promotional items are non-refundable.

• Liquidation items : Clearance items are sold at a reduced price and we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.

  • If the item is out of stock at the time of your exchange request, we will inform you of the alternatives available.

Liability and Risks Related to Returns

During the return process, JNRPUFF will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products.
If an item is damaged or missing after the return shipment, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to inform you of the next steps.

Important Return Policy: If your return does not meet our return policy criteria and you wish the item to be returned to you, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. We will not return non-conforming items until the postage costs have been paid.

Buyer's remorse

We do not accept returns of items that have been opened or used due to buyer's remorse (for example, if you have changed your mind after purchase).
Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items.

Delivery policy

• JNRPUFF is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the purchase of products on our site.

Payment on Delivery (COD)

JNRPUFF no longer offers the option of payment on delivery (COD).
